"I came to Anna as I was experiencing high levels of anxiety. I had 20 sessions of therapy. From the very first session I had with Anna I felt very comfortable opening up and talking about how I felt about myself and how this was affecting by behaviour and my life. Anna showed such compassion and understanding and helped me to be more compassionate and understanding towards myself. We worked together to find strategies and techniques I can use everyday to help me prioritise my own well-being - in the workplace and in my family life. My therapy with Anna was a hugely positive and enlightening experience which has helped me find a better balance in my life and cope with anxiety if it arises"

"Therapy for me was something I had always held in my mind as some kind of negative. Somehow it was admitting failure or weakness on my part because I needed help. Having now experienced what therapy can give me I now feel I have made myself stronger and more rounded as a person. I hold this work on myself as some of the most important work I have done in my life and the awareness of my own mind is now such a valuable tool to me. Working with Anna I would describe as my safe space, it's hard to describe it any other way, when you are opening up about yourself and you are fearful of judgement or wondering what is wrong, Anna is able to create an environment that makes you feel safe, gently advising. I have learnt so much about myself and therapy was so valuable"
